How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, our team accepts many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Principal, United Concordia, MetLife, Guardian, and more. If your insurance provider isn’t in our network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We partner with CareCredit and Sunbit. Both offer convenient financing to help you pay for your treatment in smaller amounts, over time. You can also join our dental membership plan to help you and your family get essential care—for just one low annual cost.

Does your dental office treat children?
Yes, we do offer pediatric dental services. We ensure every child who visits our practice feels relaxed, comfortable, and excited for their next visit.

What hours is your office open?
Our practice is open Monday and Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re closed on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Please plan to arrive at our office at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your appointment.

What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please bring your completed new patient registration forms (found here), any X-rays from your previous dentists, a list of your current medications and medical conditions, and your dental insurance card (if applicable).
